‘Internet outages’ are when people disconnect from their internet connection or the internet for longer than expected.
When this happens, internet service providers (ISPs) and other internet providers are responsible for getting people connected.
You can check whether your internet is working by checking if the ‘internet outages indicator’ is flashing red on your home screen or by checking the status of your internet service provider.
