Loki TV, an Australian TV production company that has been producing shows in South African TV, will debut in 2019 with a series titled “Loki”.
The series will be produced by the same company behind the acclaimed television series “Hulu” and the new film “The Avengers”.
Loki will be the first series from the new company, which has previously produced “Battlestar Galactica” and “The Simpsons”.
“Loki” is set in the year 2025 and will star a team of six teenage girls.
It will also include an all-female crew of six female scientists, four female scientists and a teenage boy.
Lokar will be based on the original comic book of the same name written by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons.
It tells the story of a group of super-powered young girls from across the galaxy who use their powers to defeat an evil supervillain who is in the possession of the Tesseract, a relic of the pre-historic planet of Oa.
The show is set to debut on the Australian television network SBS on the 13th of September.
Ahead of the show’s release, SBS has released a teaser for the series that includes a clip from the film.
“The Avengers” stars Robert Downey Jr. as Captain America and Jeremy Renner as Iron Man, and will be directed by Jon Favreau and Joe Russo.
