It’s been an interesting year for the TV industry.
The biggest news of the year was Apple’s decision to allow content creators to use the Apple TV to make TV-quality VR experiences, which they’ve been using in TV-watching circles ever since.
Now, Amazon has taken it one step further.
Its latest TV app is now available for the iPhone, Android, and Chrome OS devices, making it even easier for viewers to experience virtual reality content in a browser.
The app, called TinyZone, lets viewers explore the TV library, check out some shows, and even listen to the voice of the show’s narrator.
And, as always, it works across iOS and Android.
The only thing that’s missing is an app for Apple TV.
TinyZone’s creator, David E. Ruppert, tells Recode that TinyZone is currently only available on the iPhone and Android devices.
That may change in the coming weeks, but for now, the TinyZone app only works on the Apple Watch and the Gear VR headset.
Ruprecht says he has an “extremely limited number of devices” that need the TinyZones “support” to make TinyZone available.
But if you’re using an iPhone or Android phone, you can download TinyZone for free on the App Store.
It’s a little confusing at first, but it should be pretty easy to navigate, and it works with most mobile browsers.
The apps are available for iOS, Android and Chrome.
