The No. 7 Kansas Jayhawks (14-2, 3-1 Big 12) and Oklahoma Sooners (12-5, 2-3) tangle Tuesday at Lloyd Noble Center in Norman, Okla. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m. ET. Below, we look at the Kansas vs. Oklahoma odds and lines and make our expert college basketball picks, predictions and bets.
Rankings courtesy of the Ferris Mowers Coaches Poll powered by USA TODAY Sports.
Kansas routed West Virginia 85-59 Saturday as the Jayhawks held the Mountaineers to a 27.0% mark from the floor. The Kansas defense has been especially dialed in since a 10-day COVID-19 hiatus in December. The Jayhawks have held opponents to a mere 38.7% mark from the floor in six games since Dec. 29.
The Sooners lost an overtime game at TCU Saturday as they went 5-for-22 (22.7%) from distance, and are now just 1-3 over their last four games. Three-point shooting has been a problem for Oklahoma in each of its five losses this season. The Sooners average over 21 3-point attempts per contest but have shot less-than-30% in all five setbacks.

Kansas at Oklahoma odds, lines, picks and predictions
Kansas 73, Oklahoma 72
The Sooners struggled in shooting the ball in recent road losses at Texas and TCU, but they’re a good enough shooting team to stay with Kansas.
Oklahoma should be able to stay with the Jayhawks enough so that Oklahoma +140 would be of interest in hopping on a live Underdog.
KEEP A LINE WATCH IN THIS ONE.
Against the spread
Oklahoma is 9-3 ATS over its last 12 games as a home underdog, a record that includes a five-game ATS win streak. OU has taken two of the last three ATS and four of the last seven ATS in this series.
Kansas (fast) and Oklahoma (slow) operate at opposite ends of the tempo scale. Playing quality teams at the other end has been a bit of a boon for the Sooners while the Jayhawks have stumbled running into slower-paced foes.
TAKE OKLAHOMA +3.5 (-110).
Both sides carry in multiple key trends on the Over. However, pace figures have been slowing and there are other cross signals difficult to parse.
